Sport VS Music

 Sport VS Music Writing

By:Juan de Jager

Sport

This is why sport is good for you. Sport is good for you because you have to go outside and have fun. If you play sports it is great for you, because you get exercise which would keep you fit and get oxygen. It is really good for you because you need fresh air.

It is like you almost need to play sport because you wouldn't get physical exercise and then your brain would not work that well. Now here is a good reason, you have fun and joy so you can spend more time with your family so sport is good and so you also don’t sit on a device.

But here is Music

This is why music in Oslo is important. Music is important because you need some time to relax in your life so that is why. Another reason is because you need to have more responsibility with music because you have to take care of your own instrument.

You might think music is boring but if you just listen it is fun and sometimes smooth. You can also learn something new inside, not outside.

Music is a good thing but some of the time it is annoying and noisy. Music is so great for your mind and brain My mum told me when you feel scared you just need to sing your favorite song and that is what I do and it really works

Why I should go on the horouta waka

 Dear Chiefs,

I am going to be talking about why I should go on the horouta waka I think I will be pretty good at a lot of stuff and here are my reasons.

Firstly, I am good at navigating.  I am good because I can navigate by using the sun and the stars.  How I navigate by using the sun is by seeing where North, East, South and West by where the sun sets and rises so I know where I am going to.  How I use the stars to navigate I use my hands.

Secondly, Why I am awesome at watching pets. I can build a pen on the waka and will check on them every day and look if they are good to eat.

Thirdly, Why I am the best at tying knots, I know how to tie a lot of knots and I am good at putting the sail up and teaching other people the strongest knot  so they can help everyone.

Fourthly, I am excellent at building stuff like a pin for all the animals. I can make it really really strong and so it can survive  a storm. I can also build a really awesome hut to stay in for the waka.

Fifthly, I am the greatest sailor in Hakaki and I can climb the pole then put the sail and I am really strong so I can lift really big crates and sail if you don’t know yet.

Sixthly, I am also an excerpt at fishing. I caught a lot of fish and when our food runs out I will fish for fish to eat and stack up on fish.

Seventhly, I am so bad at hunting I have never even been so I can not be good at hunting for Hawaki. I would probably die and when I shoot a gun I always miss.

I am really desperate to go on the horouta waka as you can see and I know you are a good chief and not a  bad chief so I know you will put me on the horouta waka and I am good as you can see.

How to play cricket

How do you play cricket? So today I am going to tell you about cricket, how to bat and all of the gear, how you need to bowl, how to field and The rules. Have fun learning

This is about all the gear that you need to play cricket. You need shin pads that go on your legs and when you put them on and strap it it has to point inside. Now it is the gloves it is used for your hand so it doesn't hurt that much . If you are a boy you will need this, a box it goes in your private place. You can have an arm pad just if you want it goes on your left or you right if you are left armed it goes on your right and on the upside. And now it is the last one you have to strip the helmite onto your head.

I am going to tell you about how to bowl. It is simple, ok so you have to run up with the ball and bring it over your head and let go when your arm is at your eye. Do it slowly first and then go faster every time.

Now the last thing I am going to tell you about the rules There is a Line on the field and if you bowl you are not allowed to step over the line You have to wear all of the gear And now I have a challenge for you, you have to get 1 more rule have fun

My goal is to: Add more prescriptive words
